The Journey

Your Path to Becoming

Every metamorphosis happens in stages. Here’s what yours looks like.

Metamorphosis doesn’t happen overnight. The cocoon breaks open in stages. Your becoming is the same—it requires awakening, release, embodiment, and emergence. You don’t have to do this alone. I’ve walked this path. I’m walking it still. And I’m here to guide you through each stage—from survival mode to embodied sovereignty, from depletion to the sovereign soft life. This is your invitation. This is your becoming.

The Awakening
You recognize you can't keep living in survival mode.
You're exhausted, disconnected from your body, and ready for something different. This is where becoming begins—with the choice to finally choose yourself. You recognize that you've been performing strength instead of being strong, that your body has been a tool for serving others rather than a sanctuary for yourself. You're done with hustle culture disguised as faith. You know there's a version of you that's been waiting in the cocoon. This is the moment everything shifts. Not because life suddenly gets easier, but because you decide you're worth the becoming.
The Awakening
THE RELEASE
You start letting go of what no longer serves.
The people-pleasing. The self-abandonment. The obligations that were never yours. This is the hardest part—but also the most freeing. You release the businesses or work that deplete you, the relationships built on your depletion, the need to prove yourself through doing, and the belief that rest is earned rather than commanded. This stage requires courage. You're not just letting go of what doesn't work—you're grieving the version of yourself who believed she had to carry everything.
THE RELEASE
THE EMBODIMENT
You learn to inhabit your body as sanctuary, not sacrifice.
This is where transformation becomes physical. You honor Sabbath rest. You build from overflow instead of depletion. You're no longer performing strength—you ARE strong. You embody the truth that your body is a temple (1 Corinthians 6:19), that Sabbath is non-negotiable rather than optional, that the soft life is built on wise stewardship rather than hustle. You lead from presence instead of performance, and your Kingdom business honors rest. This is Proverbs 31 living. Clothed in strength and dignity. Laughing without fear of the future. Fully present, fully alive, fully sovereign.
THE EMBODIMENT
THE EMERGENCE
You step into your sovereign soft life, fully becoming.
Your body is a temple. Your business honors rest. You lead from embodied presence. You're laughing without fear of the future. This is you, fully becoming. You emerge as the modern Proverbs 31 woman, a leader who protects peace rather than just producing results, a woman building legacy instead of just managing life, someone who's fully embodied, fully alive, fully sovereign. This is the sovereign soft life. Not soft because someone else carries the weight, but soft because you've removed the unnecessary weight. Soft because you've built a life that doesn't require hardness to survive.
THE EMERGENCE

“I am discovering who I become when I am completely healed, fully embodied, and living my sovereign soft life. I don’t know her yet, but I’m committed to meeting her.”

— Karen Y. Moore

Ready to Begin Your Becoming?

I’m now teaching women how to move through these stages—from survival to sovereignty, from depletion to embodied power. Whether through private advisory, cohort programs, or masterclasses, your transformation starts with a conversation.

A Note on the Messy Middle

Metamorphosis is not linear. Some weeks you’ll feel clear and embodied. Some weeks you’ll doubt everything. Both are part of becoming. I’m giving myself permission for this to be imperfect. I’m extending that same grace to you. The cocoon breaks open in stages, not all at once. And that’s okay.

Embodiment isn’t a destination. It’s a daily practice of inhabiting your becoming.
