Faith & Embodiment
Embodied Faith: Your Body as Temple of the Holy Spirit
Most Christian women have been taught to deny their bodies, push through exhaustion, and martyr themselves for others. But 1 Corinthians 6:19 says your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. What would change if you actually lived that way?
This talk explores:
- What embodiment means from a Kingdom perspective
- Why rest is a spiritual discipline, not a luxury
- How to steward your body with the same care you’d give a sanctuary
- The difference between serving from overflow vs. serving from depletion
Ideal for: Churches, women’s ministries, Christian women’s conferences, faith-based wellness events
The Proverbs 31 Woman for Modern Times
She wasn’t exhausted. She wasn’t burned out. She wasn’t sacrificing her body for others. The Proverbs 31 woman was strong, sovereign, and building her life from wisdom—not hustle. So why do we treat her like a to-do list instead of a model for embodied, Kingdom-aligned living?
This talk reframes the Proverbs 31 woman as:
- An entrepreneur who honored rest
- A leader who built from overflow
- A woman clothed in strength and dignity (embodied confidence)
- Someone who laughed without fear of the future
Ideal for: Women’s conferences, church services, Christian business conferences, leadership retreats
Kingdom Business Without Self-Abandonment
You can build a successful business without sacrificing your peace, your health, or your Sabbath. Kingdom business isn’t hustle culture with Bible verses attached. It’s work that honors God, serves others, and protects your becoming.
This talk teaches:
- How to honor Sabbath rest in a 24/7 culture
- Building business models that serve your life instead of consuming it
- The sovereign soft life: removing unnecessary weight instead of adding more hustle
- Leadership from presence, not performance
Ideal for: Faith-based business conferences, Christian entrepreneur events, women in business gatherings
Reinvention & Sovereignty
At 57, I Finally Chose Myself: Reinvention After Loss
What does it look like to choose yourself at midlife after decades of caregiving, loss, and survival? I spent 16 years as a caregiver and widow. At 57, I left everything familiar, drove across the country, and started building the life I’d postponed. This is what becoming looks like when you’re finally ready.
This talk explores:
- Why reinvention at 40, 50, 60+ isn’t starting over—it’s starting as yourself
- How to release guilt when choosing yourself after years of serving others
- What it means to become the woman you’ve never known
- Building the sovereign soft life: soft because you’ve removed unnecessary weight
Ideal for: Women’s conferences, midlife/second-act events, church women’s groups, leadership retreats
From Survival Mode to Embodied Sovereignty
You’ve been strong for so long. But there’s a difference between performing strength and being strong. Between surviving and thriving. Between making it work and building something that actually serves your life.
This talk teaches:
- The four stages of transformation: Awakening, Release, Embodiment, Emergence
- How trauma keeps us in survival mode—and how to break free
- What embodiment actually means (and why it changes everything)
- Building life from presence and rest, not depletion and performance
Ideal for: Women’s conferences, trauma recovery events, leadership development, personal growth summits
Sepsis Awareness & Advocacy
Three Times Through Death’s Door: My Sepsis Story
I survived sepsis three times. My husband didn’t survive it once. Sepsis is the body’s life-threatening response to infection, and it kills more people annually than breast cancer, prostate cancer, and AIDS combined. Yet most people don’t know the signs—and that costs lives.
This talk shares:
- My personal story: losing James to sepsis in 2009, then surviving it myself in 2016, 2020 (twice)
- The warning signs everyone should know
- Why early detection is the difference between life and death
- How sepsis survivors navigate recovery, trauma, and rebuilding
Ideal for: Medical conferences, sepsis awareness events, healthcare training, patient advocacy platforms, survivor support groups
Embodiment After Medical Trauma: Reclaiming Your Body as Sacred
When your body has been a battlefield—through illness, surgery, or medical trauma—how do you learn to inhabit it as sacred space? As a three-time sepsis survivor who endured multiple hospitalizations and surgeries (including amputation), I understand what it means to reclaim your body after it’s been through war.
This talk explores:
- The disconnect between body and self after medical trauma
- Grief for the body you had before
- What embodiment means when your body bears scars
- Treating your body as temple, even after it’s been broken
Ideal for: Survivor conferences, medical trauma support groups, healthcare wellness events, women’s health summits
What Makes Me Different
I don’t motivate—I teach from lived transformation.
My talks aren’t about surface-level inspiration or quick fixes. They’re about real, embodied wisdom earned through caregiving, loss, survival, and choosing myself at 57.
I speak to the whole person.
Faith. Body. Business. Boundaries. Legacy. I don’t compartmentalize. I teach integration.
I create space for the messy middle.
Becoming isn’t linear. I don’t pretend transformation is easy. I give audiences permission to be in process.
I’m not performing—I’m present.
My audience feels the difference between someone who’s talking about transformation and someone who’s living it.
