Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using karenymoore.com and kymlifestyle.com (collectively, the “Sites”), purchasing products, or engaging services offered by Karen Y. Moore (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment through Stripe, PayPal, and other approved payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that:
- Contain incorrect pricing or product information
- Are suspected of fraud or unauthorized use

If your order is canceled after payment, we will issue a full refund.
Services (Coaching, Advisory, Programs, Speaking)
Service Descriptions
We offer private advisory services, group cohort programs, masterclasses, and speaking engagements. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change.
Enrollment and Payment
- Private Advisory: Payment is required upfront or according to the agreed payment plan. Services begin upon receipt of payment and signed agreement.
- Cohort Programs: Payment is required at the time of enrollment. Limited spots are available.
- Masterclasses: Payment is required at registration. Access is granted upon receipt of payment.
- Speaking Engagements: Terms and payment are negotiated individually via contract.
Scheduling and Availability
Sabbath Observance: We honor Sabbath rest. Services are not offered on Saturdays. All sessions, calls, and communications occur Sunday through Friday only.
Scheduling: Session dates and times are scheduled by mutual agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your schedule within our availability.
Client Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Attend scheduled sessions or provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling
- Actively participate in the work (complete assignments, reflections, etc.)
- Communicate openly and honestly
- Respect our time and boundaries
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Client Cancellations:
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited
- Cohort program enrollments are non-refundable once the program begins (see Refund Policy for details)
Our Cancellations:
- In the event we must cancel a session, we will reschedule at no additional cost or provide a pro-rated refund if rescheduling is not possible

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
No Guarantees
While we are committed to providing high-quality products and services, we do not guarantee specific results. Your success depends on many factors, including your commitment, circumstances, and implementation of strategies.
Not a Substitute for Professional Services
Our coaching, advisory services, and content are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for:
- Medical or mental health treatment
- Legal advice
- Financial or tax advice
If you require professional services, please consult a licensed professional in that field.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karen Y. Moore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use our Sites or services
- Errors or omissions in our content
- Unauthorized access to your information
- Any other matter relating to our Sites or services
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
