ABOUT Me
Karen Y. Moore
I’ve never lived in a body that was my sanctuary—only my responsibility, only for serving others. For 16 years, my body was a tool for caregiving. Through grief and sepsis, my body was a battlefield.
Now, at 57, I’m learning what embodiment means: fully present, fully alive, fully inhabiting a body that’s mine to steward, not sacrifice.
I’m a Chief Legacy Architect and Embodiment Strategist teaching women to do the same—to build Kingdom businesses from rest, to treat their bodies as temples, to create the sovereign soft life modeled after the Proverbs 31 woman.
I’m not teaching what I’ve mastered. I’m teaching what I’m living. This is my becoming. Welcome to yours.
